"Checkout was really quick and painless..."
Checkout was really quick and painless. I had my info ready on my phone, showed it at the counter, and was out in just a few minutes. No weird hiccups or extra questions, which I appreciated because I still had coffee in the car getting cold. Smooth overall.

"I had to cancel my parking and requested..."
I had to cancel my parking and requested a refund, and they told me it was being processed. But then weeks went by and every time I followed up, I got basically the same generic response. At this point it just feels a little suspicious, especially since they had no problem charging me right away but somehow giving the money back takes forever. I still haven’t received my refund. Really frustrating, and I don’t see myself using onairparking.com again.

"Not really worth the price"
I booked through onairparking.com because it looked like I was getting a decent deal, at least at first. But then the extra fees showed up and it kind of stopped feeling cheap. Like, the price I ended up paying was way higher than what I thought I was agreeing to when I clicked.
For what it was, I just don’t think it was worth it. I probably could’ve paid a little more and parked somewhere that felt more straightforward, less like... wait, where did all these charges come from? The low price feels more like a hook than the actual deal.

"Confirmation email could’ve been much clearer"
I booked parking through onairparking.com, and the confirmation email threw me off right away. It didn’t clearly tell me where I was supposed to go or what lot name I should be looking for, which seems like basic info to have front and center.

I don’t want to be unfair because the actual parking may have been totally fine, but getting there was more stressful than it needed to be. I ended up scrolling around, guessing from the details, and then searching my email again while I was already in the car and watching the time before my flight.

For me, the issue was really the communication, not necessarily the parking service itself. A clearer confirmation email would make a big difference, but as it was, it felt like a rough start and I’d have to give it 1 star.

The shuttle driver was really nice and professional, so no complaints there. But the pickup felt unorganized. I wasn’t sure where I was supposed to go or what the next step was, and I ended up waiting longer than I expected. A little clearer communication would’ve made the whole experience much better.

"Payment was quick and no hassle"
I booked my parking through On Air Parking and the payment part was super easy, I just entered my card info, saw the total laid out clearly, clicked through, and it went through fast without making me jump through a bunch of weird extra steps or wonder if I was getting charged some surprise fee at the end.

I got the confirmation email right away too, which was a relief because I was booking last minute and didn’t have time to deal with anything confusing, so overall it was simple, smooth, and worked exactly like I needed it to.

"Not what I expected at all"
I was expecting a straightforward experience, but it turned out to be really frustrating. When I got there, they were overbooked and there wasn’t a spot available for me. I figured they’d at least be helpful or offer some kind of solution, but the support felt minimal. Overall, it was handled much worse than I expected

"Easy enough, but the shuttle was slow"
Booking was simple and the parking lot itself was totally fine. I didn’t have any issues finding a spot or leaving my car there, so that part of the experience was smooth.
The only downside was the shuttle timing. I waited about 25 minutes on the way to the airport and a little longer when I got back, which was kind of frustrating. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but I’d definitely give myself extra time next time

"Easy parking, but those fees?!"
Booking was straightforward and the lot itself was totally fine. But then I got to checkout and saw the extra fees added on?! The price looked way cheaper at first than it actually ended up being. It still worked out overall, I just really wish they showed the full total upfront.

The dates, prices, and location details were easy to understand, and checkout didn’t take long at all. I’d definitely use it again next time I need parking

"Too stressful for what it was"
The booking itself went through fine, but the shuttle information ended up being wrong, which made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be. that extra confusion was unnecessary, and I wouldn’t really trust it again.

"In my experience, parking here was okay overall..."
In my experience, parking here was okay overall. My car was still there when I got back and there was no damage, which was the main thing. That said, the lot felt a bit too open to me, so I didn’t feel completely relaxed leaving it there overnight. I think some clearer security signs or having staff around would make it feel more reassuring.
